The End user customisations helps you to set up the branding and support information to locations where the end-user will be able to see, including the Company Portal app.
To configure the end user customisations, perform the following steps on a computer connected to the internet:
- Open a browser and navigate to https://devicemanagement.portal.azure.com
- click Tenant administration and then Customizations
- Under Tenant admin | Customization click Edit next to Settings to edit the default policy and once done, click Review + save and then Save
Create custom End user customization policy
Having a single policy will meet the requirement of most companies, however, some companies require different policies. This could be when a single Intune tenant is used for all companies in a group or when a service provider is providing the service to manage devices via a shared tenant, to name few.
To configure a custom end user customisations, perform the following steps on a computer connected to the internet:
- Open a browser and navigate to https://devicemanagement.portal.azure.com
- click Tenant administration and then Customizations
- Under Tenant admin | Customization, scroll down and click Create.
- On Create customization policy, type a Name and description and click Next
- On Settings, add the information you require (at least the Organization Name and Privacy statement URL are required) and click Next
- On Assignments, select the groups you want to assign this policy to and click Next
- On Review + create, click Create
Edit a custom End user customization policy
- Open a browser and navigate to https://devicemanagement.portal.azure.com
- click Tenant administration and then Customizations
- Under Tenant admin | Customization, scroll down and select the policy you want to edit
- On the Overview page of the policy, click Properties and click Edit next to the Settings
- Once you have completed editing the policy, click Review + save and then save
Deleting a custom End user customization policy
- Open a browser and navigate to https://devicemanagement.portal.azure.com
- click Tenant administration and then Customizations
- Under Tenant admin | Customization, scroll down and select the policy you want to delete
- On the Overview page of the custom policy, click Delete
